Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Krishiv Solutions. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our IT infrastructure, web development, and AMC services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a proposal, paying an invoice, or engaging Krishiv Solutions for any technical service, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not accept all of the terms stated on this page.

2. Service Delivery

For Web Development projects, timelines are contingent upon the prompt provision of required materials (content, logos) by the client. For Hardware and Networking, timelines are subject to supply chain availability.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a 50% upfront deposit to commence work (or procure hardware), with the remaining 50% due upon project completion or hardware installation. AMC contracts are billed annually in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom code, designs, and network architectures developed specifically for the client become the intellectual property of the client. Krishiv Solutions reserves the right to use the completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we architect highly resilient systems, Krishiv Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of nature, third-party ISP failures).
