Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our IT architectures and digital development processes, our refund policy is structured to be fair to both the client's investment and the engineering time expended by our team.

1. Digital Solutions (Web Development, SEO, Automation)

Cancellations made before the commencement of the project (within 48 hours of initial payment) are eligible for a 100% refund, minus payment processing fees. Once the development phase has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the costs of UI/UX design, architecture planning, and resource allocation.

2. Hardware Procurement & IT Setup

Hardware procured specifically for your office setup cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with our distributors. Any defective hardware will be replaced under the respective manufacturer's warranty. Installation service fees are non-refundable once the deployment has been executed.

3. Business AMC Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contracts can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Refunds for the unused portion of the AMC will be prorated on a monthly basis, deducting the cost of any hardware replacements or major emergency visits already utilized during the active period.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. We do not issue cash refunds.
